Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order from The Night Shift Nook. If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you should return the item within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original condition. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

To request a return, please contact us at thenightshiftnook@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Mystery Bundles

Because our mystery bundles contain surprise items, receiving a particular selection of books or gifts that is different from what you hoped for does not by itself mean that the order is faulty. However, this does not affect any cancellation or other statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue so we can resolve it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Where required by law, the refund will also include the standard outbound delivery charge. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not normally refundable beyond the standard delivery amount.

Exceptions

Some goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law, including certain personalised or made-to-order goods and other legally exempt products. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are not affected.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.
